When the bottle pushing electric eye finds that the bottle is coming and thinks that continuous production is required, the bottle feeding screw starts to push the bottle (the function of the bottle feeding screw is to divide the bottles at different distances from the new equidistant and the same initial speed), and the bottle enters the core of the labeling system unit. When the label sensor senses that the bottle is coming, the information will be immediately transmitted to the control center PLC. Through the PLC, four commands are issued in succession: sending the mark, positioning, cutting the mark, and shooting the mark. After the marking is completed, the labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label sorting and shrinking unit. The structural components are simple and elegant, ensuring low failure rate and simple maintenance.
